The new Concept apartments were developed and tested in a warehouse, just outside Manchester city centre, where the traditional apartment layout has been updated for a modern style of living.
Gone is the space-wasting hallway, with the apartment opening straight into the living area for the optimum use of space. And because the redundant hallway has been eliminated you don’t step into a dark corridor, and the living room is flooded with light for a welcoming entrance.
Friends sharing the apartment have more privacy
The two generous-sized bedrooms are situated either side of the living area providing more privacy when two friends are flat-sharing. The additional beauty of this arrangement is that both tenants have access to an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom has its own entrance to the main bathroom, which is also accessed from the living area.
Another fantastic Concept idea is that the full length balcony can be accessed from the living area or either bedrooms. Due to Spectrum’s layout, all apartments have great city views, or green garden views over the inside courtyard.
